01

Inspect before you pay

Open and inspect the pair with the courier. If it's not right, hand it back on the spot — you pay the delivery fee but not the product.

02

Pay on delivery

Cash, card or VALU, paid to the courier.

03

Exchange within 3 days

Unworn and in its original box. Details in the refund policy.

When do I pay?

When the courier arrives. You inspect the pair first, then pay cash, card or VALU.

How long does delivery take?

Cairo and Giza: up to 3 working days. Other governorates: 3–7. Remote areas: up to 10.

What if the pair isn't right at the door?

Hand it back to the courier on the spot and you will not pay for the product. The delivery fee still applies — it covers the trip either way — and is waived if the item is defective or not what you ordered.

Can I exchange after delivery?

Yes — within 3 days, unworn and in its original box. Message us on Instagram @tread.eg or use the contact form with your order number.

Can I get a refund?

After you've accepted and paid, we exchange rather than refund. One exception: a defective pair we cannot replace is refunded.

Is tax added at checkout?

No. The price you see, plus the delivery fee shown at checkout, is what you pay.
