Shipping policy

We deliver across Egypt with courier partners.

Delivery times. Cairo and Giza: up to 3 working days. Other governorates: 3–7 working days. Remote areas: up to 10 working days.

Shipping fee. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Try before you pay. You open and inspect the pair with the courier before paying. If it's not right, hand it back on the spot — you pay the delivery fee but not the product. The fee is waived if the item is defective or not the item you ordered.

Payment. You pay the courier on delivery: cash, card, or VALU.
