Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from TREAD at tread-eg.com. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders and payment. Prices are in Egyptian pounds. No tax is added — the price you see, plus the delivery fee shown at checkout, is what you pay. Payment is collected by the courier on delivery: cash, card, or VALU. Your purchase is complete when you inspect the pair, accept it, and pay. If you decline it at the door, the order is cancelled and you pay the delivery fee but not the product. The fee is waived if the item is defective or not the item you ordered.

Delivery. Delivery times and the inspection process are set out in our Shipping policy.

Exchanges. Exchanges after delivery are governed by our Refund policy: within 3 days, unworn, in the original box. No cash refunds after you have accepted and paid, with one exception — a defective pair we cannot replace is refunded.

Products. We describe every product as accurately as we can — brand, model, and colourway as listed in the product title. If a listing contains an error, we may cancel the affected order before delivery and will tell you.

This site. The content of tread-eg.com — text, design, and images — belongs to TREAD and may not be reused commercially without permission.

Liability. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
