Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Footwear must include the original box and any extras.
  • Sale items may be final sale unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Timeframe

Initiate a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

How to Start

  1. Dm us on instagram @tread.eg with your order number and item(s).
  2. We’ll reply with approval and the return address.
  3. Ship the item securely; include all accessories and documents.

Refunds

Only approved if the shoes has a defaut and there isn't another pair to exchange with, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We can reserve it once your return is in transit. Availability isn’t guaranteed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can exchange it quickly.

Non-returnable Items

Gift cards and worn items are not eligible for return.
