At the door
You inspect the pair with the courier before paying. If it's not right, hand it back on the spot — you pay the delivery fee but not the product. The fee is waived if the item is defective or not the item you ordered.
After delivery
We exchange, we don't refund: within 3 days of delivery, unworn, in the original box. You cover exchange shipping unless the item was wrong or defective — then TREAD covers it. If a pair is defective and we have no replacement, we refund it.
