Shipping & returns
Cairo and Giza: up to 3 working days. Other governorates: 3–7. Inspect the pair with the courier before you pay — if it's not right, hand it back on the spot — you pay the delivery fee but not the product. The fee is waived if the item is defective or not the item you ordered. After delivery, exchange within 3 days, unworn and in its box.
